The 2005, 2006, 2009, 2018 and 2019 races were cancelled the day before the race, due to adverse weather in all cases creating some impossible river conditions.
The 2020 race could not run due to Covid-19 and we are currently unable to confirm 2021, again due to the impact of Covid.
